NURSING HOME NURSES.
Brief.
Obsidian Healthcare are continuously recruiting the very best Nursing Home Nurses to join our workforce in delivering the highest standards of professionalism and care to our Clients and their Service Users.
We are looking for reliable Nurses with the flexibility to pick up vacancies at short notice to support our Client’s Nursing Homes with their last-minute temporary staffing needs. In return you will be rewarded with market leading hourly pay rates and our Consultant team’s full dedication in the acquisition and fulfilment of sustainable work for the long term.
Requirements.
A valid NMC Pin.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Nursing Home setting in the last 2 years.
The capacity to manage long-term conditions whilst encouraging independence.
The ability to supervise care staff and take charge of the Nursing home on a shift to shift basis.
A strong understanding of Adult Safeguarding and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
A willingness to work to our Company Expectations.
