ITU NURSES.
Brief.
Obsidian Healthcare are continuously recruiting the very best Intensive Care (ITU) Nurses to join our workforce in delivering the highest standards of professionalism and care to our Clients and their Service Users.
We are looking for reliable Nurses with the flexibility to pick up vacancies at short notice to support our NHS and Private Clients with their last-minute temporary staffing needs. In return you will be rewarded with market leading hourly pay rates and our Consultant team’s full dedication in the acquisition and fulfilment of sustainable work for the long term.
Requirements.
A valid NMC Pin.
Evidence of Post-registration long course (6 months) in critical care, with experience caring for level 2 and level 3 patients in an intensive (critical) care setting or Substantial postgraduate experience caring for patients in an intensive (critical) care unit (level 2 and level 3 patients).
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the last 2.5 years working in an Intensive Care Setting.
An Intermediate level resuscitation qualification (desirable).
Ability to work in a stressful and emotional environment, under own initiative and to demonstrate the ability to take charge of a clinical area as delegated.
Demonstrate brilliant empathy and communication skills.
